Kana Hanazawa updated the release details for her 4th solo single “Silent Snow” – cover jackets, full track list, and audio preview are revealed. Her new single “Silent Snow” comes on two editions with the title track described as breaking new ground for Hanazawa with emotional lyrics and a sound that invokes the serenity of winter. Singer and voice actress Kana Hanazawa (23) most recently released her 3rd single “happy endings” featured as the ending theme for anime Zetsuen no Tempest: The Civilization Blaster. Hanazawa is also voicing character Aika Fuwa in the anime. Single “happy endings” comes in two editions and hit stores October 24th. More details available here.
Kana Hanazawa has another busy season this fall voicing characters in several anime such as Zetsuen no Tempest, From the New World, Nerawareta Gakuen, To Love-Ru Darkness, and Magi – The Labyrinth of Magic.
The title track for her new single “Silent Snow” is produced by Kitagawa Katsutoshi (ROUND TABLE) who collaborated with Kana Hanazawa on her first single “Hoshizora Destination”. Kitagawa has collaborated on songs for anime such as Chobits, Lagrange – The Flower of Rin-ne, Kobato (Maaya Sakamoto), and recently Mysterious Girlfriend X.
Kana Hanazawa will hold a launch event mini-live and talk for her 4th single “Silent Snow” on January 20th at 1:00pm IKSPIARI Maihama Club, Tokyo. Selected stores (Animate, Gamers, Tora, Sofmap, Tower Rocords HMV) will supply lottery entry ticket when purchasing either edition of the new single.
Single “Silent Snow” is offered on two editions,
– Limited with bonus DVD that includes music video for title track and will combine live action with animated sequences. Plus ivory color tray packaging and 16-pg booklet.
