Yui Horie has updated the release details for her new single “Natsu no Yakusoku” (Promise of summer). Cover jackets, new bonus, and track list is official for the single that will be featured as ending theme song for summer anime Dog Days (season 2). Also revealed are a pair if commercial message videos for the new single. The single is due out July 25th – updated release information and the videos follow.
“Natsu no Yakusoku” is offered in two editions:
– Limited with bonus DVD that includes music video for the title track. Photo (differs depending on store)
– Regular CD-only. Photo (differs depending on store)

Dog Days anime aired its first season in spring 2011 and its second season will begin airing in Japan on Tokyo MX July 7th. Yui Horie provided the closing theme “PRESENTER” for the first season and as in the first season she will voice the roll of character Millhiore F. Biscotti.
In a previous post we reported some updated details of the opening theme for Dog Days which is provided by Nana Mizuki. She is also reprising her roll of Ricotta Elmar in the anime and she also provided the first season’s opening theme “SCARLET KNIGHT”.
