Voice actress and singer Aya Hirano (25) transferred record labels to Universal Music Japan during 2011 and released album “Fragments” in May 2012 (more details). She also released single “Zutto Kitto” as character Lucy which was used as the ending theme for the anime movie “Fairy Tail: Hooh no Miko”. Most recently Aya Hirano released her first single almost three years “TOxxxIC” (2013.02.20) (more details).
Documentary drama Kita Kita Monogatari Ashite he (Red Fox Story) was a national blockbuster when it first aired in 1978. The live action documentary follows a family of red foxes as they attempt to live and survive in nature with a dramatic story voice over. The 35th anniversary re-release of the film has undergone painstaking restoration from a very degraded state. The renewal of Kita Kita Monogatari Ashite he will be re-edited and feature previously unpublished footage added.
New voice actors provide an updated dramatic story behind the live footage of the foxes. The new cast includes Nishida Toshiyuki (narration), Sato Ryuta (father fox), and Aya Hirano (mother fox). The movie premieres in Japan October 19th 2013. Trailer and link to website below.
