Yui Horie as Miss Monochrome is getting ready to release single Poker Face used as the theme song for anime Miss Monochrome. Yui Horie created the character the anime is based on and voices the title roll. The theme song single Poker Face comes on one CD-only edition hitting stores January 29th 2014 – more details and live version of Poker Face follow.
Yui Horie has also announced her 17th single (untitled) that includes the second opening and ending theme songs for ongoing anime anime GOLDEN TIME (ゴールデンタイム). She provided the anime’s first opening and ending theme with her last single Golden Time / Sweet & Sweet CHERRY. Yui Horie is also voicing main character Koko Kaga in the anime. Her 17th single (untitled) comes on two editions scheduled for release on March 12th 2014.
Short anime Miss Monochrome is based on a character created by Yui Horie. Miss Monochrome, an android from the distant past wants to become a top-selling idol. Voicing rival idol KIKUKO is longtime voice actress Kikuko Inoue (49) and Yui Horie provides the the voice for Miss Monochrome.
