Morning Musume ‘14 tops the singles charts with their 56th single Toki wo Koe Sora wo Koe / Password is 0 selling over 119,000 copies. ClariS lands in #3 with single STEP featured as the second opening theme for anime Nisekoi.

Nana Mizuki tops the album charts with album SUPERNAL LIBERTY selling over 76,000 copies. It’s the popular voice actress and singer’s 10th original album and second #1. After topping for two weeks in a row Fukuyama Masaharu with his 11th album HUMAN drops into the #2 spot. Anisong singer and songwriter ZAQ hits the charts in #8 with her first album NOISY Lab.

SMAP tops the singles charts with their 52nd single Yes we are / Koko Kara selling over 138,000 copies. Performance group SEKAI NO OWARI lands in #2 with Hono to mori no Carnival with over 66,000 copies sold. Last week’s #1 from Nogizaka46 – their 8th single Kizuitara Kataomoi (気づいたら片想い) drops into #3.

On top of the album charts for the second week in a row is Fukuyama Masaharu with his 11th album HUMAN selling another 43,000 copies. Voice actress and singer Eri Kitamura climbed into the #7 spot with her 2nd album SHOMEI (証×明).

Nogizaka46 tops the singles charts with 8th single Kizuitara Kataomoi (気づいたら片想い) selling over 457,000 copies. Its their 7th #1 single plus best opening week single by over 60,000 copies (for the second time in a row). Note: for the 4th week in a row and 5 of the past 6 weeks an AKB48 affiliated group tops the singles charts.

Korean band FTISLAND lands in #5 with their 13th Japanese single Mitaiken Future.

Topping the album chart is top male singer Fukuyama Masaharu with his 11th album HUMAN selling over 213,000 copies. In the #2 spot is last week’s topper Kis-My-Ft2 with singles compilation album HIT! HIT! HIT! selling another 26,000 copies. Anime tied group OLDCODEX lands in #5 with their 3rd album A Silent within The Roar and voice actress Suzuko Mimori hits #9 with her 1st album Suki (好きっ).

NMB48 tops the singles chart with 9th single Takane no Ringo selling over 405,000 copies. Its their 2nd best opening week selling single for the AKB48 sister group. In 2nd spot is J Soul Brothers with single S.A.K.U.R.A. selling over 109,000 copies and in 3rd is last week’s #1 from SKE48 their 14th single Mirai Towa selling another 55,000 copies.

Topping the album chart is Kis-My-Ft2 with a singles compilation album HIT! HIT! HIT! selling over 217,000 copies.

SKE48 tops the singles chart with their 14th single Mirai Towa selling over 397,000 copies. It’s the AKB48 sister group’s 10th #1 single in a row but the lowest opening week sales since their 7th single in 2011. Tackey & Tsubasa land in the #2 spot with their 14th single Boku no Soba niwa Hoshi ga aru / Viva Viva More and idol group Juice=Juice hit #3 with their 3rd single Hadaka no Hadaka no Hadaka no Kiss / Arekore Shitai!.

Topping the album chart is E-girls with 2nd album COLORFUL POP selling over 89,000 copies. Last week’s #1 from BUMP OF CHICKEN drops into the #2 spot, their 7th original album RAY has a two week total of 220,000 sold. Korean group B1A4′s second album “2” climbs into the #9 spot.

Yui Horie with her 17th single The♡World’s♡End (OP2 GOLDEN TIME) in #9 spot and Tia with single Heart Realize lands at #17 – her 2nd single is featured as the ending theme for anime Noragami.

BUMP OF CHICKEN tops the album chart with 7th original album RAY selling over 182,000 copies and close in the #2 spot is ATSUSHI from EXILE with solo album Music selling over 173,000 copies.

Kis-My-Ft2 tops the singles charts with 10th single Hikari no Signal selling over 202,000 copies. The boy idol group is 10 for 10 charting #1 and this single has tie-up as the theme song for anime movie Doraemon shin Nobita no dai Makyou. Idol group C-ute lands in #2 with 24th single Kokoro no Sakebi wo Uta ni Shitemita / Love take it all.

ex-AKB48 idol Maeda Atsuko’s 4th single Seventh Chord lands in #4 and Korean group T-ARA climbs into #8 with new Japanese double a-side single Lead the way / LA’booN.

Tohoshinki (TVXQ) tops the album charts with their Japanese album TREE selling over 224,000 copies. The re-mastered re-release of Utada Hikaru’s debut album First Love lands in the #8 spot. The special SHM-CD with bonuses celebrates her 15th anniversary since the release of the album (originally March 10th 1999). It officially releases on March 10th but early deliveries make it on to this chart.

AKB48 tops the singles chart with their 35th single Mae Shika Mukanee that continues their streak of 17 #1 singles selling over 1,000,000 copies. Its also the final single for center Oshima Yuko who graduates with her final concerts at the end of March.

Voice actress group SPHERE lands in the #5 spot with their 5th anniversary single Eternal Tours.

The album chart is topped by Koda Kumi with her 11th album Bon Voyage. Voice actress Kana Hanazawa hits #8 with her 2nd album “25”.

On top of the singles chart is Arashi with single Bittersweet selling over 511,000 copies. The title track has tie-up as the theme song for Fuji TV drama Shitsuren Chocolatier staring member Matsumoto Jun. In the #2 spot is idol group SUPER GiRLS with single Sorairo no Kiseki.

In the #5 spot is T.M.Revolution and SCANDAL collaboration single Count ZERO / Runners high with both songs having tie-up with new PS3 game Sengoku BASARA4. And slipping into #10 is GRANRODEO with 21st single Hengenjizai no Magical Star featured as OP2 for anime Kuroko’s Basketball season 2.

The album chart is topped by Tsuyoshi Domoto with solo album Shamanippon ~ Roinochinoi. Tsuyoshi Domoto and Koichi Domoto form unit KinKi Kids. In the #2 spot is MAN WITH A MISSION special compilation album Beef Chicken Pork with English tracks to support the group’s USA debut.

The title track has tie-up as theme song for TV series Dark System Koi no Oza Ketteisen. In the #2 spot is Korean duo Tohoshinki (TVXQ) with Japanese single Hide & Seek / Something selling over 107,000 copies. Landing in #3 is idol Itano Tomomi with 5th single little, her first since graduating from AKB48 in September 2013.

The anime tied releases are topped by Tamura Yukari in #6 with her 24th single Himitsu no Tobira Kara ai ni Kite featured as OP for anime No-Rin. Maaya Sakamoto’s 23rd single SAVED / Be mine! lands in #7 with the title tracks featured as ED for Inari KonKon Koi Iroha and OP for anime World Conquest Zvezda Plot respectively.

The album chart is topped by 5-member sub-group from EXILEThe SECOND from EXILE with first album The II AGE and in #2 is Korean group CNBLUE with Korean Best Album ‘Present’.

A very full week of new single releases are topped by long-running idol group Morning Musume with their 55th single with triple title songs Egao no Kimi wa Taiyo sa / Kimi no Kawari wa Iyashinai / What is LOVE selling over 149,000 copies. The group continues a resurgence having again their best opening week seller since 2002 and their best run of #1 single releases since the beginning of the previous decade.  In the #3 spot is longtime pop/R&B singer Namie Amuro with her 42nd single TSUKI.

The anime tied releases are topped by fictional idol group μ’s from anime Love Live! in the #4 spot with single Takaramonozu / Paradise Live featured in their new smartphone game and ClariS with their 9th single CLICK featured as opening theme for anime Nisekoi. Charts expanded to top 21 to cover all the other releases of interest.

Topping the album charts is Korean group 2PM with their 3rd Japanese album GENESIS OF 2PM with over 63,000 copies sold. In the #2 spot are the voice actors for anime Uta no Prince-sama with album from theatrical play Gekidan Shinning Tenka Muteki no Shinobimichi and last weeks topper AKB48 with their 5th original album Tsugi no Ashiato slips down to the #3 spot.
