9nine is getting ready to release album MAGI9 PLAYLAND and unveiled the full track list that includes three singles plus 12 new songs and bonus track for 16 total songs. The Limited A DVD includes music videos and three live performances with Perfume captured at the Perfume FES!! 2014. Album MAGI9 PLAYLAND hits stores June 18th 2014 – all the details follow.
Most recently performance unit 9nine released 12th single With You / With Me (2014.03.12) with tie-up as ED2 for anime Magi – The Kingdom of Magic. Fans showed great support pushing the single to #4 on the weekly Oricon charts.
Also included on the album is 10th single Evolution No.9 (2013.06.12) with tie-up as the theme song for drama Tank Top Fighters that featured member Kawashima Umika. They followed that up with 11th single “Re:” (2013.11.20) featured as the opening theme for Fuji TV drama Legal High season two.
9nine participated in Perfume FES!! 2014 held March 20th and 21st 2014 at Uenogakuen Hall Hiroshima. 9nine member Sayaka Nishiwaki’s older sister Ayaka Nishiwaki is a member of popular unit Perfume.
9nine continues their in-store meeting and autograph events with participation ticket provided to purchasers of the new album at the target stores. The events started May 17th 2014 at Tsutaya Shibuya with 15 events planned – more details via MAGI9 PLAYLAND special website (link below).
