NMB48 has announced their 7th single and first for 2013. The sister group to AKB48 and based out of Namba Osaka will have a ‘summer’ theme for their newest single. The single isn’t yet titled but will come on three Limited and one CD-only “Theater” edition. Their 7th single is scheduled to hit stores June 19th 2013 – read on for more details and pre-order link…

NMB48 most recently released for their first album “Teppen Tottande!” on February 27th 2013. The album includes their 6 singles, newly recorded songs including the title track, and more for 15 or 16 total tracks depending on edition. Album “Teppen Tottande!” comes on three Limited and one theater edition and fans showed their support with 328,000 purchased putting easily in the #1 spot its opening week. The album continues adding 100,000 more sales since its opening week and climbed back onto the charts hitting the #4 spot on Oricon for April 22nd-28th.
Their 7th single isn’t yet titled but is available on 3 Limited editions each with a different coupling track and DVD contents and a “Theater” edition only available at their Namba Osaka Theater,
– Limited A with DVD that’s planned to include music videos and additional footage. Comes with trading card (1 of 16) and application card for handshake event lottery.
– Limited B with DVD that’s planned to include music videos and additional footage. Comes with trading card (1 of 16) and application card for handshake event lottery.
– Limited C with DVD that’s planned to include music videos and additional footage. Comes with trading card (1 of 16) and application card for handshake event lottery.
– Regular CD-only ‘Theater’ with application for special handshake and signing events (see website for more details).
