Sasaki Sayaka (佐咲紗花) revealed more details for single CHIASTOLITE – jacket covers and full track list unveiled. Her 10th single has tie-up as the ending theme for new anime GARO Hono no Kokuin and Sasaki Sayaka wrote the lyrics for both songs on her new release. Singer and songwriter Sasaki Sayaka most recently released 9th single Junction heart (2014.04.23). The title song is featured as the opening theme for the anime TV series adaption of Broken Blade.
Sasaki Sayaka signed with the Lantis record label after winning the 2009 3rd annual Animax Song Grand Prix of Japan. Year 2015 marks her 5th anniversary since debut and a special live has been announced – Sasaki Sayaka 5th Anniversasry Live 2010-2015 ~ Genesis ~ February 14th 2015 6:00pm at duo MUSIC EXCHANGE Shibuya. The first 100 people to reserve tickets may attend a special meeting at 5:00pm with talk and mini-live that debuts a new song not performed during the main live event. Anime GARO Hono no Kokuin is based on the established GARO Project (tokusatsu) drama. The dark story follows humans with the job of Makai Knights that fight against Horrors (demons). There have been several live action TV dramas and movies since 2006 including GARO Makai no Hana that started airing in April 2014 and just completed. This is the franchises first anime adaption.
A new story written by Kobayashi Yasuko (Attack on Titan) and directed by Hayashi Yuichiro with animation production handled by Studio MAPPA (Terror in Resonance). The anime begins airing October 3rd 2014 in Japan – no announcements yet on availability outside of Japan.
