fripSide is getting ready to release single Luminize and unveiled teaser preview music video. Their 9th single has tie-up as opening theme for ongoing anime Future Card Buddyfight 100. Plus coupling track unlimited destiny has tie-up as theme for web game Chou Ginga Sendan (超銀河船団). Single Luminize comes on three editions hitting stores May 20th 2015. All the details and PVs follow.
Most recently fripSide released 2nd album infinite synthesis 2 on September 10th 2014 (more details). The group re-formed in 2009 with singer Nanjo Yoshino (南條愛乃) joining producer Satoshi Yaginuma after original singer Nao left to pursue a solo career. Since then the group released 9 singles with 6 tied to anime/game A Certain Scientific Railgun.
Voice actor and singer Nanjo Yoshino also just released her 3rd solo single Tasogare no Starlight (黄昏のスタアライト) on April 29th 2015. The single and her upcoming 4th single Kimi wo Sagashi ni (きみを探しに) have tie-ups as ending themes for anime The Eden of Grisaia the sequel to anime The Fruit of Grisaia.
Anime Future Card Buddyfight, adapted from Bushiroad card game, aired its first season starting January 2014 and continues as Future Card Buddyfight 100. The Buddy Police deputize game champions in hopes to protect Earth from a new enemy Ikazuchi with 100 deadly rogue monsters. Its now up to the great 8 monsters and new trainees to protect Earth.
