GRANRODEO has updated the release details for their new single “Henai no Rondo” (偏愛の輪舞曲) - cover jackets, full track list, and preview music video are all revealed. The group’s 19th single will be featured as the opening theme for Spring 2013 TV anime series Karneval. Single “Henai no Rondo” hits stores April 17th 2013. Rock group GRANRODEO consists of singer/voice actor KISHOW (Taniyama Kisho) and guitarist e-ZUKA (Iizuka Masaaki). Many of their single releases have tie-ins with anime or games. Their 16th single “Can Do” was featured as the first opening theme for anime Kuroko’s Basketball and their 17th single “RIMFIRE” (release details) is currently featured as the second opening theme for anime Kuroko’s Basketball.
GRANRODEO most recently released their “GRANDRODEO Greatest Hits ~ GIFT REGISTRY ~” compilation album. Their greatest hits album comes on 2 CDs and includes songs from their debut single “Go For It!” (2005) through 18th single “DARK SHAME” (2012) for a total of 27 tracks. Anime Karneval is adapted from manga by Touya Mikanagi and follows the story of innocent country boy Nai who is searching for a friend and his only clue an I.D bracelet from the organization named "Circus", the country’s defense agency. Nai has entered into the sordid and cutthroat realm of the city and is framed for a murder.
A thief with less than pure motives, Gareki bails him out but has his sights set firmly on the bracelet. "Circus" in turn has also shifted its attention to the duo as well… The anime begins airing in Japan on Tokyo MX April 7th 2013. No information yet on if it will be streamed outside of Japan.
Single “Henai no Rondo” is available on two editions,

– Regular CD-only.
First Press version on both editions includes an application card (no details).
